SEAT Leon gets Sports Styling Kit (pictured)
Many like to make their cars more individual, and adding a sporty body kit is one way to make your slightly prosaic wheels stand out from the crowd. So, with that in mind, SEAT think they’re on to a winner with the new Sports Styling Kit for the Leon, which is available for the 5-door or SC Leon in S, SE or FR versions (pictured above on the SEAT Leon FR TDI 184 PS with Titanium Pack). Eddie Rickenbacker was one of the pioneers of open-wheel racing, and he later owned Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Sandwiched in between, he was one of America's most celebrated flying aces of World War I. With prowess on the track and service to his country, the aviator had four starts at Indy and won the Congressional Medal of Honor.
Transportation Design students at England's Huddersfield University displayed their work in the annual degree show in June. The exhibition at Huddersfield University also included a display of the production model of the Toniq R sports car that has been designed and produced by former students of the Transport Design course. In late June the exhibition moved to central London.
